Excellent service. Very quick delivery and cheaper than anywhere I looked for the type of tile I wanted. Queries were dealt with professionally and quickly. Concerns regarding the small exposure of the company on Google reviews etc. were respected by the company and they went above my expectations to help alleviate such concerns. I would absolutely use them again and happy to recommend.

I think Przemek over at Top Ceramics was awesome from start to finish. We struggled to find a black lappato tile in stock anywhere and we tried everywhere!! Came across this company on ebay and was impressed with the customer service therefore attended the warehouse and confirmed the tile he had a sample of was what we were after. We then placed an order which he imported for us. They were by far cheaper than any other that had the same style tile but they could not provide in sufficient quantity. He kept me posted and was a gentleman throughout, all in all cannot fault the company or staff. On receipt of the tiles I checked the boxes as per Przemek's instructions. Only one box was damaged which was replaced immediately. An excellent service, thank you!

Sent for a sample which was a perfect match for what I needed.I then ordered 100 1200 x 600 floor tiles as they were very hard to find them any where but was not ready for them.Goid delivery everything seemed fine.Booked the tiler and left him the keys.Came in from work to find he had put 53 tiles down whi h I was over the moon with.Then I realised they were the wrong tile sent with z total different colour.No reply from custome services.Learnt a lesson to open the box before accepting delivery.
