        Group we were with had a bunch of kids who were not at all listening to the safety briefing which then translated onto the track. I felt very unsafe as they kept bumping me and yelling at me to go faster. The staff, despite the safety briefing on dangerous driving warnings, did nothing and allowed it to happen so I ended up getting out after 3 laps of my 50 as I was not at all enjoying myself. No refund offered and I felt very patronised by the staff. Awful and dangerous experience and nobody seemed to care. Reported to reception and fobbed off saying they didn't see anything wrong.
