        The company isn't like what it used to be, such a shame. There taking on to many clients and the carers can't cope then the clients suffer . some arnt trained very well with different types of equipment . I wouldn't recommend them at all .

        If I could give no stars.. I would. There are no words for this sort of service being provided to the elderly and vulnerable in the community, I honestly feel for them and something needs to be done. The cqc have been made aware and it is now up to them to make investigations.. when the men in black take over it is no longer about person centred care and continuity it is about profit
