What an amazing co! They responded quickly and a lovely lady answered my call. Sarah really listened and tried very hard to sort out my boiler that had stopped working. She was very empathetic and immediately started the process. I got a visit the very same day by a lovely man Martin who didn't ponder at all and knew what the immediate problem was. I was ordered a part and the rest of the work was done very promptly. I even got a courtesy call to update me. My whole job from start to finish was just a few days. They are very reasonably priced and don't add zeros for the sake of it. You will not be disappointed. I now have a very warm toasty home thanks to Heatfire and their professionalism! Don't go anywhere else as you may be wasting money and time .
