        Grateful thanks to Sue and all your colleagues (a special mention to Holly who attended on the Day) for your kindness and support in arranging Mom's funeral. Everything was taken care of perfectly, professionally, and with great sensitivity, each step explained, helped me make decisions and most importantly allowed me to feel in control of a challenging situation. I felt very proud of the beautiful, poignant celebration of Lily's life, my pretty women, thank you x

        Vanessa and Sue at Jennings Willenhall were so helpful in organising my father's funeral earlier this year. It all had to be done remotely and they could not have been more responsive or helpful, always willing to go that extra mile to reassure us that everything was in place. The day went very smoothly and all details were as we had requested. Thank you to you both and the team for making a difficult time a lot easier.
