Brians a personable, professional and efficient. He came over to deal with a mouse issue and put our minds at ease while dealing with the situation. Super attentive and dealt with the issue and continued to check in until he was satisfied the job was done. I would recommend that if your looking for some to sort out a pest issue Tower Pest Control is the right choice.

This is the first time I have used this company and the only reason I wanted to use this company was because of Brian. He had previously come to me on a job a few years ago, and the level of service he provided was brilliant. Brian was on time, professional, friendly, calmed my anxiety levels and got the job done. Highly recommended! I called Brian out due to having seen signs of mice around the property, he was quick to get back to me, gave me a time for the next day, was on time to arrive, very friendly and explained everything that he was doing and may need to do, put down what he needed to in areas he suggested, he came back 2 weeks later to check how it had gone and it has worked! Would definitely use again if ever I needed too and he wasnt fussed about my children being around (who are equally noisy and nosey ) and said hello to them if they went up to him.
