Extremely great service and professionalism. Emma Flynn dealt with our mortgage application. As first time buyers and my partner starting a job (a few months prior our application) meant that it was difficult for us to find lenders willing to give us a mortgage. However, Emma has worked extremely hard and ensured a mortgage offer. Its probably one of the best service I had. I would recommend Nova mortgagees to anyone who is unsure or confused about the whole process. Emma was patient and explained the process step by step. She was always available and answerable to our questions (yes even to the silly questions). Even if Emma wasnt available, we also had someone able to pick up our enquiries and ensured to follow it up. A big thank you to the whole team! If it wasnt for Emmas we wouldnt sit in our new flat. We used Nova Mortgages at the end of last year. Simon was our mortgage broker/advisor. Simon was amazing throughout the whole process and very generous with his time, and knowledge. He has a very unique way of explaining things in a way he knows people will understand which saved us a lot of time. Will definitely be using Simon and Nova Mortgages again.

I was not on board with getting a mortgage adviser but I am now very very glad I did! Simon was excellent, he made buying my first home so much easier, got me a good mortgage in tricky times, got me a solicitor and organised my survey. Simon also went above and beyond to help me out when I had issues with the seller's solicitors. Ten out of ten service. I will not hesitate to call when I am looking to buy my next house and I would definitely recommend. Thank you.
