        I left a very negative review for Istead Rise surgery a few days ago, have to correct the balance with saying what a pain-free experience my visit to Shorne Surgery was. Appointment made for today, blood test required, booked for tomorrow, scan booked for Tuesday already. Even the receptionist was helpful, bonus.

        No appointments. They wont answer our calm. Was trying to book and appointment from morning. My call gets rejected abruptly. Had to try so many time. Finally i got to speak to the receptionist now at 4pm. And they are asking me to call back again tomorrow mng.

        A year ago I would've said it was great and it would be hard to find a better one But this year has been different - an absolute nightmare I haven't been able to get a simple appointment since March.
