Julie was a star! She kept in touch regularly, researched multiple avenues, was dedicated and helpful. This was probably one of the most challenging mortgages for her with many complications including self build and self employment, coupled with the application being done during a time where many outside factors were impacting the financial market in the UK and interest rates were soaring. Julie is dedicated and works for the customer would definitely recommend her.

Ive worked with Julie for almost 10 years now and wouldnt even think of changing. She is so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and the go to person for mortgage advice. Highly recommend.

Julie was a delight to deal with! We didn't fit the normal criteria for getting a mortgage and we wanted quite a specific product.....we weren't even sure if we could do it but Julie persevered and found a product for us. She handled the whole process with the building society and all we had to do was sign the papers. She was communicative and professional throughout the process. We would highly recommend her.
