        I am a person who has a high physical output and sometimes my back is put-out! Ian has worked wonders with some excellent manipulation and restored me to pain free movement once again. Highly recommended!

        Ian helped with my back, neck and knee. I could hardly walk in our first session and left feeling much easier, improving each day with gentle excercise he suggested. I have some mild arthritis in my knee and have been able to play tennis again since his intervention. I would happily recommend seeing him as I feel it helped me enormously.

        Ian did a fantastic job in getting me back in shape after suffering a number of upper body painful conditions. Very friendly person who immediately put me at ease during my first visit. Very thorough and constantly telling each step of the way, what he was doing and why. Also gave me tips on exercises I could do to help me fully recover. Lovely peaceful covid secure premises.
