        Royal Mail lost my parcel for weeks then returned it to Barnstaple. I called the office and they were so helpful. They even posted it back out to me. So friendly and it made my first experience with them a pleasant one.

        Will not be buying again! Ive never felt the need to leave a review but I am extremely disappointed with the service from this company. Ordered 2 supplements for my horse who needs this regularly. Two weeks passed and despite emailing to ask what the status of my delivery was after 5 days(delivery 2-5days) I only received a response after the two week delay to be told the item had been sold at a different price and they had not ordered my items from the supplier and I would need to provide a further 30 to receive the supplements. I am now left without the supplement and needing to reorder and my horse has now run out due to the extensive delays - thankfully have received a refund, not requested as Id much rather have the supplement I desperately need!
