Fran was amazing. We were purchasing a house she was the estate agent for and she was incredibly helpful. We were first-time buyers and she met up with us to explain the whole process and kept us in the loop of everything going on with our house and the onward houses in the chain. Would highly recommend HS Homes to anyone looking to sell their own house and to people buying a house (particularly first-time buyers) they are very helpful.

When it came to selling our house we thought that going with an independent estate agent would be the best option. once we had met Fran and discussed our needs we knew we were right and that she was the woman for us! Fran was brilliant, I couldn't fault her. Our sales process wasn't the most straight forward but Fran was there to guide us through it. For me, knowing I could contact her regardless the reason or time and get a response was priceless. I will definitely be recommending Fran to all my friends and family.

We knew when we met Fran that going with her over a national chain was by far the best route for selling our house... and we were proved right! From the initial chat through to completion, Fran has supported us (and also been our moral support) and oversaw the smooth sale, even after a few external hurdles. I used Fran when buying a property and to be honest I wish Id used her to sell my house as well . Her service is top class and I would recommend you use her company 100%. She will sort out any problems or worries you have at such a stressful time and I really cant praise her company enough. If you want a personal and extremely stress free and friendly company to look after you whether youre buying or selling property then youd be daft not to use Fran and her company .
