The food took almost an hour and a half to arrive after I ordered, and when I opened the boxes, everything was stone cold. I rang the takeaway to ask if I could get some fresh food because of this, and instead of trying to help me, the guy I spoke to started yelling down the phone, saying he was too busy and it was my fault. I dont see how this is possible, when I rang literally two minutes after it was delivered!
After a good five minutes of yelling at me, he slammed the phone down, and the problem didnt get resolved. Absolutely shocking service. I will never order from them again.
