Only 1 star because I can't put less. My wife bought a pair of glasses from Blow's that cost nearly 500. She told the optician she needed glasses for everyday use, in her job etc After a short time (two years) the frame broke. The glasses weren't dropped, sat on or anything; the frame just broke. Blow couldn't have been less interested, they genuinely didn't care. They made no attempt to source another frame for the very expensive lenses but, cheekily, said that my wife was due an eye test and implied that we would have to fork out another half a thousand pounds to them anyway! It was interesting that they asked us if we were on 'benefits'and seemed surprised that we both worked full time. You couldn't ask for worse service.

Always been helpful especially when my frames get bent due to my job. Refitted each time with a smile and no extra cost. The frames were recommended to me because of they can sometimes get knocked off my face. Would highly recommend

I just wanted to say a big thank you to all of the staff I had my own titanium fraims fitted thigh the latest varilux lenses last year as they are the only varifocals approved for pilots I have always used single vision Zeiss lenses in the past my friams are several years old and were purchased from a different optician they the supposedly unbearable arm broke 2 nights ago I dropped them in on Tuesday as I have an important trade show this weekend I told them to go ahead regardless of cost... my staff received a call Wednesday afternoon not only had they repaired them they were as good as new.. how much did this Stella service cost you may ask... the answer is nothing. They were simply happy to be of service.. needless to say I turned up with chocolates and flowers.. the staf are mostly femail ... it's very nice to receive a level of service I give to my own customers..
