        Awful customer service. Promised delivery by Friday, knowing full well we had event and need a working glasswasher for our pub. Its now the weekend and radio silence and no glass wash.

        this company is very unprofessional they offer warranty on all items they repair etc. when after less than two weeks its broken they make excuses stating their warranty does not cover it when it is completely down to their lack of standards of work. also never sign anything without reading thoroughly as they get you by 1 month later sending a huge bill for 10 minutes work. they completely lie on paper so if you do use this company just remember to keep your eyes wide open at all times and document everything they do with backed up evidence. the owner is a very greedy unreliable disloyal person. Andy is very good people very respectful good worker.
