Part exchanged my Daughter's faulty Nintendo switch for another one. Once home, realised the blue joy con was faulty, took it back and was offered an exchange or a full refund. Very happy with their customer service and returns guarantee. No hassle, nice honest gentlemen.

Rubbish service so far... 2 months they've had my sons ps4 for an HDMi port change and it appears they have completely knackered the unit while repairing and it no longer works. No communication on their part as to whats happening. I've been into the shop, I've called asking what and keep getting the same answer. They still have it. Awful business practices. I'd give no star if it was possible. SORT IT
