A dreadful experience in what a company can get away within terms of rotten customer service, delay and incompetence. The table took months to arrive with no explanation. No contact was made until a couple of days before. Refused to refund when I demanded my money back because of delay. Arrived with a broken part. Refused to exchange. Said they held no spares. Finally a part arrived out of the blue. Do not use under any circumstance. It is too great a risk.

Be careful spending your money here! They break the consumer law of 2015, refusing to refund you in cash for faulty items after only 4 months! They will lie to your face! The "manager" is down right unpleasant and will put items away whilst you are trying to try them on! He will be huffing and puffing and throwing items on the floor whilst putting them away! When you challenge him he will tell you that you make him uncomfortable and that you should have respect for the store and not make a mess! DUDE! I'm still trying on the items and trying to make a decision! You stand in front of the mirror and snatch away the items! Very very disappointing! And to anyone thinking of getting a job there, just dont do it! It's not worth it, if he can treat customers like that, how will he treat you!
