        Probably the most unfortunate retailer I have dealt with. Bought an item from their eBay shop which didnt turn up. After a long wait, contacted their inept customer service department for a refund, which they refused, citing tedious company policy as the reason for not refunding. Im currently waiting to get the case investigated by eBay this week. My advice is a firm buyer beware- think twice before handing your money over to them. Shop elsewhere.

        Ordered table tennis table. Was delivered to me with large chunks of table missing. Have tried calling multiple times and phone lines are down despite saying they are open from 9am-5pm.
