We had to go abroad for a funeral, so when we received the message the day before the original appointment coming up we called them straight away to not waste their time and told them that we need to move the appointment. We were told that it is done, and when I asked for a message about telling me the date of my new appointment, I was told that I would receive the same reminder I did the first time. With the situation being as it was, I was happy this was the case. I ended up not receiving the message, and I called them asking for the date of the appointment and I was told that it was overdue and I am no longer a patient at their surgery. When explaining the situation in person, the owner of the surgery, P Moore came out and told the receptionists to call the police and when I explained the situation to him he was very rude and told me to get out, and that not remembering the appointment date was my fault even though I was assured that I would be reminded.

Mr Walker is absolutely fantastic, as is Becky the hygienist. I'm so so nervous. They are always so patient and understanding. However I do dread ringing and entering the practice. Receptionist definately needs some customer service skills.

Used to be regular here. They kept cancelling my appointments in fact they cancelled 4 appointments days before the appointment then tried to say i had not been. They are 100% useless!!!
