Very poor training provider especially with the online courses. Would not send any of my staff there for training due to the extremely poor attitude and distinct lack of people skills from the trainer (Mike). You will also be constantly reminded that you will fail and the course will be delivered like you are in prison, such is the style of 'lecturing'; SMSTS courses belong in the classroom and not online. Just to let Mike know, I have gone to another trainer, in person and got a perfect score in the exam - which is present on the CITB register for viewing.

I did my smsts at.the beginning of march 2020 and I must admit that I did not k ow what to expect but mike certainly knew mate than what he was talking about a d his manner and teaching manner were exceptional he made sure that everyone was up to speed with the course and exams at the end with constant mock exams at.the end of each day and homework . I would recommend risk to anyone wanting to do a number of different courses that want to actually understand what they are learning and not just following the crowds. I will be going back for any training I need in this area of work in the future..

Completed GC2 Module at Shirebrook, the tutor was very helpful with any questions and I'm glad I chose Risk.
