    Contacting Emily was the best thing my husband and I ever did! We had been having sleep issues with our daughter since she was 6 months old. She was unable to settle herself and needed us to lie by her cot for sometimes over an hour before she fell asleep. We accepted that this was our norm and continued with this nightly. At around 18 months things took a turn for the worse after she was unwell with a sickness bug. Bed time became a nightmare.refusing to go into her cot and becoming extremely upset. We then started bringing her downstairs til she fell asleep then would transfer her to her cot. She would then wake in the night and we would bring her in with us. We were exhausted and would do anything for some sleep. So thats where Emily came in. I can not begin to tell you how much Emily helped us. Explaining our story to her was a huge relief and she reassured us from the start that she was absolutely able to help usand she didnt fail. A personalised plan was put in place and we stuck to every single thing. After 3 weeks.our daughter goes to bed perfectly and sleeps 12 hours. My husband and I have our evenings back and we have a much happier little girl. Emily kept in touch every day with us offering support. Shes a wonderful, kind and funny person. She makes you feel as though you can achieve anything! If you are struggling with your childs sleep.dont hesitate, contact Emily..itll change your life.

    I cannot recommend Emily enough ! Before starting her sleep training advice, about over 3 weeks ago, I was so sleep deprived! I was honestly a shell of myself. The impact of sleep deprivation is unreal. My baby has always been a bad Sleeper. We used to co sleep until 7 months and I used to always use breastfeeding to soothe and put to sleep. I had managed to get her off breastfeeding, and onto bottle, and had finally managed to get her to sleep without needing contact. However when it came to putting her into her own room and getting her to sleep more than a 2 hour stretch was were we struggled. I was running on 3/4 hours of interrupted sleep a night. My little one wouldn't sleep in her own room/cot, and had to be held to sleep and up every 2-3 hours. We tried everything! All the sleep training methods we tried but our Stubborn little baby was resisting them all. I was so desperate that I finally looked for help; and then we found Emily! I cannot recommend her enough. Within 3 weeks my baby Is now sleeping through the night ! I honestly cannot believe it. Emily gave us a sleep training approach that really helped us and was tailored for my child. She took in my daughters temperament, what I was comfortable with, and what was practical and manageable for me to achieve and do. Within 2 weeks we saw massive improvements. Because my child is a little monster, there was some little bumps along the way but Emily always had a solution! Any time i was stressed or overwhelmed, Emily was there offering me so much help and guidance. And after listening to her and taking on her advice, my little terror is finally sleeping through the night! Within 3 weeks my child went from having to be held to sleep, and waking every 2 hours TO her putting herself to sleep for naps and bedtime and sleeping through the night ( for 10-11 hours stretches)! I wish I went to Emily sooner because 9 months of sleep deprivation is torture! I would honestly recommend Emily to everyone who is really struggling to get their little one to sleep.

    I would go as far as to say seeking Emilys help for our daughters sleep has been the best money weve ever spent! Our little girl has gone from taking an hour to put to sleep and then waking during the night, sometimes for 3 hours at a time, to putting herself to sleep in a few minutes and sleeping through for 11-12 hours! All within a week! Its been a game changer, not just for us, but our daughter who is now getting much better quality of restful sleep! Thank you Emily!!!!! Xx

    Emily was brilliant, very professional but also caring and attentive to our situation. Our toddler is now sleeping through for the first time in 2.5yrs. Well definitely be having her back if our next isnt sleeping by 6mths!

    I will struggle to fully describe just how wonderful Emily has been in helping us to overcome the significant sleep problems we were encountering with our 4 1/2 month old. She has been unerringly empathetic, knowledgeable, kind, supportive and motivational. Her help has quite literally changed all our lives. My little one now goes down for three long naps a day with no fuss, self settling and happy to go to sleep. He does the same at night and sleeps for 11 hours. I would NEVER have achieved this without Emily. If you are even slightly considering a sleep consultant do it and go for Emily. I promise you, you wont regret it.
