As a headstone is the last earthly act one undertakes for a parent, some are able to just get on with it, but I was not. It took me several starts, but together with the genius and flair of Fergus, I was able to establish exactly what I wanted, and he created a masterpiece. It is a true word of art. I cannot thank Fergus and his team enough for the beautiful stone they produced for my father. The engraving was perfect in every detail and is a lovely and appropriate reflection of his life. The service provided by Stoneletters was excellent and this difficult process was made so much easier by their support throughout, from initial contact, designing and then installing a beautiful memorial to a wonderful man. Fergus was just lovely to deal with - so very kind and considerate. He was able to add Uncle George's name and dates onto Jeanne's headstone quickly and it was lovely to meet Tom who replaced the stone so carefully. Fergus's work is quite beautiful.
