        Oh would give it 100 stars. Family celebration for two 50th birthdays. A beautiful house, garden and excellent facilities. Lovely big rooms, plenty of old beams. It was perfect. Canal at the bottom of the garden with occasional trains passing and old planes flying over from the nearby airfield. Deer in the adjoining woodland area and red kites too. Wonderful.
