        Had a brilliant experience today at shipston vets, took our kitten for neutering and microchipping and was greeted by friendly reception staff and quickly seen by vet and advised they would call as soon as operation complete. Within 3.5hours was able to collect kitten.

        They charge 10 per minute and do not explain their fees! Making unnecessary additional appointments, taking advantage of those who do not know differently. Do not trust or use this vets!
