Took our 6 month old cocker spaniel for her first puppy groom today. Elaine did a fantastic job washing and tidying her up and hopefully getting her used to the experience. We couldn't be more pleased and will definitely return

I met Elaine for the first time today. My dog Sam looked amazing when I collected him. He enjoyed his first pampering experience and I will be definitely using Elaines service in the future.

I was very lucky to get my girl in for a groom after finding out there is a month waiting list.. it was lillys first groom here, and when I dropped her off today she was shaking bless her.. by the time I picked her back up, she was very relaxed, looking beautiful and also smells great.. I would highly recommend, and will for sure be booking lilly in again.. Great service, and very friendly. X

First visit for my beautiful but badly behaved long haired cat, Elaine worked miracles with a cat that I thought would only be able to get groomed under sedation. Elaine went above and beyond, no gauntlets or chain mail suit required, highly recommend and will return as she is definitely braver than me . Thanks again Elaine .I have one very happy cat .
