Independently run opticians with a really friendly honest service. I think I've summed it up in one line for you there. There are also branched in Campden and Stratford. Don't get sucked into offers by the big brands, come here and have your eyes expertly tested.

My wife and I went for eye tests and new glasses. We were met with a really warm and welcoming atmosphere and some highly professional support. Everyone we reacted with was helpful and generous with their time. We both thoroughly recommend this Opticians.

Having recently purchased two pairs of glasses from Greys Opticians. I would like to say how helpful the staff were from choosing the right frames through to delivery and fitting... They have a wonderful array of frames in all colours and shapes... and a wide price range ... Its a family-run business so youre always assured of a personal touch .... Highly recommend...

Fantastic service by fantastic people. I'll be the 1st to say I'm not the best at looking after my glasses and quite often bend or break them. 9 times out of 10 though if I drop them in to Greys Opticians on the way to do a bit of shopping they will have them straightened or repaired as I return to the car park. The odd occasion they can't repair them there and then they send them off to be repaired and I get them back within 3 or 4 days. Can't fault the treatment and friendliness of all at Greys too. I was especially thrilled that they provided a home service for my wife who couldn't get in to Shipston
