I love working with shipston care,it's a excellent company to work for not only do the customers come first but great care advice and support is given to us as carers. Which I feel goes along way were always appreciated for our work we do. I started working with Shipston care 18months ago I couldnt ask for a better employer , I love everything , my colleagues , my lovely clients , the support I get from the ladies in the office . The office staff care for the carers as well as our clients . They are always there to support us carers and our clients 100% . I love the fact that we are helping our lovely clients stay as independent as they can in there own homes from personal care to getting shopping or a little light housework , but especially love that we have time to chat with them and listen to all their fantastic stories .

5* and above for Shipston Care. What an amazing company to work for, I couldnt ask for a better place to be employed. I have always felt valued and appreciated by management, they go above and beyond to ensure this. I have been in the care industry for 6/7 years and Shipston Care is by far the best company Ive worked for! I started full time and had to drop to part time because of my full time degree starting, I have been amazed at how accommodating management have been with ensuring I work hours to suit me and fit around my studies. All the staff employed here are fantastic, nothing is ever too much and going above and beyond for our clients is basic standard practice. I would be more than happy to have my loved ones cared for by this fabulous company, I know the care is exceptional in every aspect!

When my mother became ill I had to organise care at very short notice. Shipston Care came highly recommended and I can see why. They were so quick to help us get a package set up, and so compassionate and understanding throughout the process, as it was all new to me. The carers are fabulous....mature, thoughtful and so kind. They are local too and felt very much part of the community. The quality of the provision is excellent, and at every step of our journey my mother and I have felt in such safe hands. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Emma Sharville
