The Cottage Garden Florist

Jemma came to the cottage we hired for a hen party and gave us such a lovely flower crown making experience. She is so lovely and instantly put us all at ease. The way she presented the flowers was really nice and the cakes were a really nice touch too. Jemma was really helpful during the event and made sure everyone was confident with what they were doing. The crowns looked fab and guest said that it was the highlight of their weekend. Cannot recommend Jemma at The cottage Garden florist enough!

I purchase flowers from Jemma at Cottage Garden Florist often. I find the service is professional but personal and the flowers are always beautifully presented and last a good period of time. I always find Jemma is flexible and can work to my budget making anything look beautiful including daffodils when Im on a tight budget.

I went into this shop hoping to order flowers for my wedding. Although I was a bit short on time with my wedding being just over a month away I still wanted a kind and considerate service. After all wedding flowers cost a lot. I had been given the name of this florist by recommendation so I was very excited to have them do my bridal flowers. However when I went into the shop to make the enquiry the florist was extremely rude and abrupt and very unkind when speaking to me. She made it seem like she was doing me favour by even considering taking my business! She then said she could only do basic flowers since I was late ordering and acted very irritated. I was so shocked by her behaviour and felt terrible when I left this store. Ultimately I decided not to use her and use an alternative florist close by for all my wedding flowers. I have thankfully received kind and considerate service from them and got the flowers I wanted. Its good to have lovely flowers but polite and kindness in service is equally important. I would not recommend using this florist as there is a much better florist with kind service close by.

Absolutely beautiful flowers from a very talented and lovely florist. I recommend Jemma for all your floristry needs. Also as well as this, she is an official Wrendale stockist and sells lots of other beautiful gifts in her shop. Thank you Jemma
