The pool installation went very smoothly and quickly, in our case this was craned over our house so the whole process was quite exciting to watch. A fairly large team of people and materials were delivered and put in place over 2 days, and works finishing this off over the subsequent 2 weeks by Penny and Mike. We are now waiting for contractors to return to complete paving around the pool area, and the terrace at the back of our house. My only negative on this was being asked just 2 weeks before the installation to get neighbours agreement for the crane to oversail (swing over) their properties, fortunately they were OK with this. Fabulous company from the moment I engaged with them for a consultation on my requirement for a pool. Sheila whom I met, was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. During the construction every member of the team was professional and extremely friendly , the whole project was completeled within the timeframe they promised. They have left me with my dream pool. Their attention to detail and service is brilliant. Highly recommend them to anyone that wants a quality pool!

Compass have just completed the six week installation of our pool in Surrey and have been nothing short of fantastic. Everyone we have come into contact with from Sheila, who helped us choose the perfect pool and kept in contact throught the entire sales and installation process, to Elliot who helped plan out the delivery and install (depsite some very narrow lanes) and John and his installation team who did an amazing job completing the project. Sheila also recommended Chris Howell at Eden Landscapes who worked perfectly as a landscaper they regulary work with to complete the patio and landscaping works. Last year we decided to install an indoor pool for exercise and enjoyment We spent a long time selecting the right pool for us . Looking at various constructions . Compass Ceramic pools seemed the best option in all respects . Now we have the pool the decision was certainly well made . The quality is superb while offering very good value for money . Waterstream were given our order in September and from day one the service has been first class . Penny and Mike handled every aspect from advising on specification to handling the installation . Every thing was well planned and the work was carried out very well and on time . We are delighted with our pool and would 100% recommend Waterstream , Penny and Mike and Compass pools.
