        I'm not a "go to the gym" girl never have been as i get bored easily. So i started the 6 weeks programme thinking it would be a one off .... oh how wrong was I. Now nearly 5 months in and I'm loving it. The variety of exercises and sessions continue to make it interesting and challenging as well as yes dare I say it Fun!! My advice you have nothing to lose just try it and you will be suprised like me.
