        Just had my unit and cyclone fan serviced at the recommended 5 year mark. Oliver McPherson the engineer was lovely and refreshed me on how the unit works for my house, he then went straight to work on the service. Very pleased with the communication from the office and with Oliver. Highly recommend the company.

        1st class service all round.Had Enviro fan in loft for 5years now,solved all my mould problems and wet windows,also helps to keep house warm in winter so pays for itself.

        I had a ventilation unit fitted in my basement. It is now much better, no musty smelling air. Took a couple of weeks, just as advertised! Matt (I think that was the engineer's name) was great. Just got on with things and answered the few questions I had. And James, who came and did the initial survey, was really helpful too. I am very happy with the new unit, thank you.
