Helen is a fantastically enthusiastic and passionate practitioner. After visiting Helen for intuitive healing (reiki) I can certainly say she is the BEST! My experience from beginning to end was warm, welcoming and very personal. I will be back again and will be recommending Helen to all of my friends/ family in the meantime!

I have been having vibration training with Helen up to the run up to my wedding, working on the areas that I didnt feel comfortable on show. Helen worked wonders I was losing inches and I could see my whole body changing shape during the first course, Helen also gave me the confidence to go to the gym on my own and gave me the knowledge on what to do. I can not recommend Helen enough she is fantastic xx

Amazing treatments. I have had a number of treatments, I go regularly for a massage as thanks to Helen, she has helped my body recover from a number of ailments. I have had the electroslim treatment and lost 20lbs. I wasnt sure that I would loose this much, it felt wonderful to shift some weight, but the size I dropped was what was most striking. I would most definitely recommend it and I do. I have had some reiki sessions and Helen has picked up on a few things from helping me to identify an issue with my health. Helen herself is professional, friendly and helpful she is a very caring person and knows what it means to people to feel well. She knows her stuff. I highly recommend Helen and cannot speak highly enough of her abilities.

I had a very positive experience getting my first deep tissue massage at Bodylogix Saltaire. Helen was very welcoming and took great care noting my medical history and talking me through the process. The therapy room is light and airy and decorated very much to my taste in relaxing Scandinavian colours. Modesty is preserved at all costs and Helen leaves the room while you undress and dress. The music choice is lovely and relaxing. Because it was my first session she had to go in firmly and apply a good amount of pressure to start lengthening the contracted muscles in my neck and shoulders. She used all natural almond oil instead of a synthetic fragranced oil which I was pleased about. When I left I could feel how much looser my neck and shoulders felt. Especially when driving. I have booked in again for next month so I retain that suppleness. It was a 10/10 experience! (March 2022)
