What an incredible recruitment service! I had the pleasure of working with Fred, who was both professional and personable, making the interviewing process a lot less nerve racking and allowed me to be honest in regards to what I was looking for and how I was able to proceed. I think sometimes you can feel pressured by recruiters to interview lots, and make decisions quick, however Cowen Resourcing make you feel at ease and help guide your decisions to get the best fit for you. I have been offered the job I wanted ,just over 3 weeks of working with Fred, and I couldn't be happier with the role and company ethos. I cannot recommend Fred at Cowen Resourcing highly enough. After meeting face-to-face he helped me through the whole of the (daunting) task of finding a new job. He gave me brilliant advice throughout the whole process and has excellent contacts within the property sector. Having not experienced looking for a job since 2014 when I commenced my career as a Valuation Surveyor and not having interviewed for anything since passing my APC, Fred was able to navigate me through the murky waters of finding a new role. When looking for a new role, there is a wide range of companies and positions out there, meaning it is not always easy to distinguish the correct one for yourself. In my case there was an element of try before you buy mentality to determine which one suits yourself and here Fred was able to assist. When deciding on which offer to take up, he was understandable and able to facilitate my decision. 100% recommend if looking to progress in a role within Commercial Real Estate.

In the past I have signed up to and dealt with a handful or recruitment and resourcing companies and who have rarely considered my skill-set, location, and role requirements. I came across Cowen Resourcing more recently and I am extremely impressed with their professionalism, communication, and the fact they listen to and understand my needs. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Fred and his team, and I can highly recommend them.
