The support provided by Dr Sherlock has been fantastic, from the first meeting to my most recent sessions I have had nothing but committed engagement and appropriate guidance. I felt comfortable, supported and reassured. The way the sessions were structured were excellent, and I was always left in control of my own journey. There was never any pressure or expectation, and the support I received was always in a way that suited me and where I was at. My own health (physical) was also accommodated in a way that helped me get the best from the sessions. I am so grateful I found a therapist I could really work effectively with; I feel that this has been the difference and helped me immeasurably. I would recommend Dr Sherlock unreservedly.

I first contacted Dr Sherlock in November 2018 following the tragic death of my son in a car accident. I was struggling with grief and trauma and prior to the sessions felt quite hopeless. Its fair to say that the following 6 months helped me to at least get life back on track and cope with and understand the emotions that follow such a life changing event. At every stage I felt at ease and each session became a stepping stone towards dealing with my trauma and grief. The sessions were managed at my pace and each one provided tools and coping mechanisms and enabled me to get a better understanding of what I was going through. I undertook a number of EMDR sessions which assisted me at the time greatly with regards to the trauma aspect of the incident. I have since contacted Dr Sherlock again in 2020 with different, but related mental health issues and again over a period of 6 months I feel that I have regained control of my emotions, feelings and behaviour and this is entirely down to Dr Sherlock's ability, guidance and professionalism. I would fully recommend Dr Sherlock without hesitation
