Rowlands Pharmacy Alexandra Road

Incompetent staff absolute joke! I've been with Rowlands for over 6 years plus now. They never have all my medication ready they even stopped giving me codeine for 3 months as I have a disability. I've now changed to baildon surgery and also I will be collecting my medication from Browgate pharmacy. Baildon surgery sent a script in for me for a month all I got was 2 weeks worth of my medication so now I have to wait yet again and go out of my way to get the next 2 weeks. it's a clown show all they do is talk about what they did at the weekend and what there doing next weekend. My other half went in and went mad at them as she knows how much pain I am in thankfully she kept her cool sort your staff out and it will be fine as they are incompetent. Clown show

I entered the pharmacy and was ignored when someone went in front of me and asked about there prescription there should have been told that someone was before them but no the pharmacy went to look for there prescription first there knew I was waiting it wasnt that the pharmacy didnt see me

Customer service become awful during pandemic. It takes them 4 days to process the prescription and you always get some excuse. I know how the Spine works at the NHS and it is not 4 days. Improve by hiring more staff.

Have to wait up to 5 days for prescription, when collecting still had to wait 20 mins for them to get it ready, missing items, told to go back etc, this is everytime I put my repeat prescription in, after years of using this pharmacy I've now had to move to another one.
