I have been going to Toni & Sophie since they opened about 8 year ago. Nails last forever - very fast and efficient. Friendly atmosphere, so much choice of colours, shellac, gel, nail art designs, etc. Nothing they can't do, just show them a picture, and they get it spot on. Thank you for bringing shipley a well needed nail bar. Best around

After having a toe cut and is still bleeding several hours later, no hard skin was removed or attempted to be, as usually done here, on pointing this out as it is part of a pedicure, after they advised they stopped blading as a result of cutting customers feetthe response was dismissive and then the aggressive child having false nails done, felt it some how necessary to involve herself and be aggressive, which is astonishing. Without a USP, and the cash only form of payment which I find bewildering all leave the service questionable and of a poor standard. There are other competitors there with a more customer centric approach and do a competent job Service: Pedicure
