        Bought a batch of Aquila strings - one packet wasn't even Aquila, they replaced it with a transparent packet since they ran out of stock (it wasn't when I made the order though) but they didn't bother letting me know at any point between purchasing and delivery. Ironically the unknown one was the only one that was fit for purpose, all Aquila ones wouldn't hold to pitch and snapped instantly or a few hours after putting them on two different violins. Contacted the store and they insisted there was nothing wrong with the strings and that it was my violin's problem instead. Never purchasing anything from here again.
