The fact that I have regularly visited the centre for nearly two years says everything. David and Nicola have created a great ethos and a realistic approach to healthy living and fitness which has helped me to make long lasting changes to my diet and lifestyle with no pain or drastic measures. The classes are fun and full of lovely people who I look forward to seeing. The centre is an extremely friendly and supportive place. David and Nicola have a great approach which is gently encouraging and non judgemental. I have felt comfortable to get involved with extra events and challenges that have given me confidence and self belief and had a really positive impact on my life. SSWC is a unique place and I love being part of it.

Started running at SSWC last October as due to an injury I had stopped training in martial arts around two years before and was felling very unfit, tried training in a gym but got board. 12 months later I have lost two stone and ran my first 10k this year. Using the Herbalife products and also taking some classes I am in the best shape I have been for years physically and mentally. Can not thank David ,Nicola and all the coaches enough.

I first visited this centre during a very bad part of my life and I can honestly say it has changed my life in ways I didn't think possible all because of the people and support they give to everyone from every walk of life so don't hesitate if you want to change your life for the better and for ever make the first step you won't regret it.Lots of love to all the coaches and to Nicola and David who set up the centre.
