        Very happy with the team at Dacres Saltaire when selling my house. Matt provided an initial valuation at 10% more than a previous estate agent had, and clearly knew what he was talking about as he managed to secure us not only full asking price on the first viewing, but actually an offer of 15K above this figure to remove the house from the market immediately. Brannan and Margaret then stepped in and helped manage the sales process through to completion with great ease. I would definitely use them again in the future and happy to recommend to others looking to sell their house.
