We had a problem with a cooker hood we'd previously purchased, and the level of customer service displayed by Whitakers in resolving the issue was nothing short of sensational. The measure of a business is not just in the sale, but in how they fix something that's gone wrong. Richard Whitaker and the team could not have been more helpful, going above and beyond what some may have considered neccesary. They are a real family business that obviously care about their reputation. I would not hesitate to recommend.

We bought a range cooker and hood and had the items delivered to stirlingshire in Scotland. The staff who delivered the items were excellent and very careful moving the 140kg range cooker through the house. They were very knowledgable about the products, gave good advice and had time for us, Even after having driven for 4 hours or so to get to us. The after sales support was excellent too. Special thanks to Richard and they team for their support. Highly recommended
