Today was an amazing day for customer service. My dad is severely physically and mentally disabled but today was insistent on buying some shoes. We popped in and with it being the hottest of days he became very overwhelmed and hot quickly. We struggled finding the right fit and type of shoe for him but we were helped by a very lovely woman called Sarah who I wish to pass my thanks onto as she assisted with positivity and getting my dad some cold water and a fan, stopping him from getting heat stroke. She went over and beyond and was so kind to us and accomodating and understanding of his disabilities. Thank you so much Sarah, you star! Someone give this woman a raise
