The woman we dealt with at customer service was a pleasure to deal with. When I read the reviews, I was in two minds weather to order something so expensive. People need to understand what they are ordering. Joinery products will not be ready over night not from any joinery shop so you should not treat these any differently. We were told are stair treads would be ready in 4-6 weeks. We called back when we were told, witch was about 4 weeks after ordering them and then they were delivered within two days. They have been delivered and they look amazing. This was perfect for to be able to work to a schedule. Thank you.
