Claire cut my short hair which had become a bit unruly. My usual hair dresser has left the country and so I was between hairdressers. Been looking for a new one for a while but never really settled. I was really happy with the cut. She gave me some good advice on what would work with my hair, my age and face shape etc I had lots of compliments after and have booked to go back.

Tried sending messages to ask advice on my hair and if they would be able to do it for me. Guess what they could not be bothered even messaging me back they maybe not able to do long hair highlights or even send messages I'm glad I went elsewhere

I've been trying for a while to find a hairdressers that I'm comfortable in going too and I was trying to find the courage to go in and get my hair cut for quite sometime now as, I have had bad experience in the past my anxieties was through the roof. When I phone they was very welcoming and reassuring when i arrived i was welcome and didnt feel like a spare part. I had my hair cut by phoebe she was so lovely it made me feel at ease while getting my hair done. For someone who has been panicking most of the day thinking about canceling I'm so glad I was able to feel comfortable to trust someone to do my hair today and it was a big step to overcome my past experiences. I can't thank phoebe enough I feel like a new person and have booked to see her again in the future. I would recommend redheadz! Can't wait too try something new in the future.
