Been coming here since August, and it's the best thing I ever did. The gym is well equipped with plenty of equipment. Cardio machines, pin machines, plate loading machines, free weights and lots more. It has saunas in both the mens & woman's changing rooms, showers and lockers, The gym is over 2 floors and has a studio too, It has a variety of classes on every morning dinner time and on an evening which are all included in your membership. I was frightened to death starting a gym again after 2 babies but I had nothing to be scared of, everyone is so friendly, and it feels like family now. My little gym family. Best gym around.

Edit.. I've been coming here,several times, every week for 18 month s now and it literally is the BEST gym... And the people inside who are working so hard make it a really motivating and positive place to be! The PT's are fantastic and are always willing to help you. Cannot recommend it enough if you want a well equipped, clean but most of all friendly and supportive gym. Great friendly place, really helpful and has great facilities for women as well as men

favourite gym Ive EVER been to! The owner is always improving the gym, buying new machines - improving the quality of classes offered! trained here since before covid, havent looked back since!
