Needed a golf bag embroidered urgently for a retirement gift. Mark and Michelle went out of their way to get the bag in and get the job done quickly. Service was excellent and the bag and embroidery was top quality. I'd give 10 stars if I could, highly recommended. A Big thanks to all.

Hazzad reached out to me via a Twitter enquiry for embroidery and did an incredible job of the custom pieces I ordered. Their patience and guidance was super helpful - I'd recommend them for sure. The quality is superb.

Hazzad have provided our golf society with great quality items & good service. They worked with us to "tune" our logo so that it presented better on the shirts and are really flexible in mixing small numbers of 3 shirt type variants to make up a sensible sized order.

Excellent service from start to finish, asked for our polo tops to be done ASAP as we had a society day planned and they got them to us with nearly a week to spare, brilliant design of our badge and great standard of work. Would recommend to anybody wanting personalised golf wear.

We went to speak with Mark on someone else's recommendation. I have to say both Debi and myself were super impressed with Mark, his attention to detail, listening to what we'd like and making suggestions to improve on our ideas. The samples we saw were all first rate and Mark will be getting back to us with designs in the New Year. Awesome experience so far Edit/follow up: As a follow up to this review, Both the putter headcovers we purchased have failed. The magnet from the magnetic closure (the headcovers use a combination of Velcro and Magnets for security) on my headcover came loose and was 'floating' around in the headcover. The 'fur' used as a liner, which was super plush when new is now holed and loose (this is on both covers not just the one with the loose magnet). I returned the first head cover for repair, which Mark carried out and apologised for...however the fur still came loose and is holed on this cover. I've taken off two stars for the durability of the covers against their purchase price. The leather however remains beautiful and the Alignment Stick covers and Scorecard Holder are still in perfect condition.
