Ashley has done my nails twice, this time with a pedi and she is so lovely and her attention to detail and getting it perfect is fantastic! Gorgeous salon. Wonderful ladies.         Booked a pedicure for two people 3 weeks ago. Turned up for the woman to state she had rubbed out the appointment and not told us it was cancelled. I had booked this off work and spent money to travel to saltaire by train so I lost out on money. She also said this has happened before and that peoples appointments had been rubbed out without the customers knowing. She did offer for a half price appointment in the future but did not have many appointments available and I do not travel to saltaire regularly. I understand mistakes happen but would have appreciated being told my appointment had been cancelled.
