Shocking service I have been kept waiting for a month when I was told a payment would come in 7 days the staff are not putting any effort in and are really testing my patience by keeping me waiting. It is totally unacceptable and I do not recommend coming here.

Unsatisfactory service received from an asain female who advised she was unable to help due to staff being on lunch so was asked to come back after an hr! Sorry to say I was very disappointed with the service received after banking with HSBC for number of years. Being asked to come back after an hr is unacceptable. There was one cashier available who was dealing with another customer and no other customers in the branch. Instead of be asked to wait until cashier is available I was told to come back! When I came back after an hr the same cashier who was dealing with another customer was very helpful and was able to advise me of how to complete the transaction which literallly took 2 minute's so making a round trip to the branch over a quick thing is not on when the asain female could have helped! Would have given 0 stars if i could :)

The staff in this branch are unbelievably rude, extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. They kept me waiting over 1 hour for an appointment that in the end, took a total of 8 minutes, despite having someone available for over 40 minutes who could have easily dealt with my query, who proceeded to tell me, she couldn't deal with my query, just in case the system crashed, and she was due on her lunch break in 40 minutes (this was the real reason, her lunch break was more important then serving me.) The same rude lady, then helped 3 separate customers, all of which, had been waiting less time than myself, I am astonished at the horrendous manners and customer service from female members who work in this bank, I would never recommend this branch to anyone, and I certainly wont ever go back, I would suggest these ladies receive extra training, to learn how to speak to customers politely and professionally, a 5 year old could do better.
