Very pleased with the entire service I received here , it made me realise that there is a need for us to seek out smaller independent businesses because there is more of a personal service . The two engineers that came to fit my integral dishwasher and microwave were faultless and could not do enough to ensure good quality service , leaving not a trace behind them and ensuring I fully understood the workings of the appliances and that I was happy with them . I purchased a hoover from Andrews Electrical Keighley/Shipley and needed some advice on how to work it. Not only did Andrew himself show me how to get the best out of the hoover, but he took time and patience to make sure I knew exactly what I was doing. Every aspect of the hoover was covered, with extra tips on how to make it suit my needs. I cannot recommend Andrews Electrical enough the after care is first class with the added personal touch (rare to find these days)
