Discriminatory practice in dealing with job advertising and employment selection. Only offering employment to staff that are prepared to undergo certain medical treatments. How is a company that offers person centred choice or bodily autonomy for its service users if they aren't willing to extend it to the staff? Be very wary.

Wonderful. I am Jane, wife of Bill the Maintenance Man, and visited a couple of evenings ago. I have what can sometimes be a very stressful job and to arrive straight from work and wanting my tea, but half an hour I left totally relaxed, emotional and proud of where Bill is working and what he is achieving. Such a restful, respectful place for Residents and Staff. In particular, I had been just before Xmas and the Resident that was with us was a different person - much more confident, held my hand and showed me various things he had done. Obviously with his carer and Bill but what a change I left an emotional wreck.
