        Straightforward, reliable and not overly expensive. James came on time and identified the problem with our shower and pump. He helped us choose the parts and design that we needed for our new shower. He was easy to deal with, and gave a reasonable quote for the work. He was very tidy and the finish on the job was great. We are delighted. Im sure we will use him again.
